The Latin American Contemporary Fine Art Competition is an ideal way for Latin American artists to gain valuable exposure for their artwork and to exhibit their talent to a wider international audience. It is also an excellent opportunity to foster their talent and develop the résumé of a successful professional artist. With a distinguished panel of jurors and more than $55,000 in valuable prizes. The Latin American Contemporary Fine Art Competition is an event not to be missed.

The competition is open for Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Latin American diaspora at any stage of their careers. Artists are invited to submit in any of the following mediums: painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, mixed media, and print. Art submitted to the competition will be reviewed by a rotating panel of expert jurors, each representing a different field in the art world, ensuring a fair and balanced selection process.

Prizes:

-Collective Exhibition
Twenty five (25) artists will be selected to exhibit in the collective exhibition, which will take place at Agora Gallery.
-Art Fair
One (1) artist will be awarded with the participation in an Art Fair sponsored by FAI – Fine Art Initiatives.
-Cash Prizes
Five (5) artists will be awarded a cash prize of $500 each.
-ARTmine Exposure and Personal Artist Statement
Five (5) artists will be awarded one year of exposure on ARTmine.com, which includes an artist statement composed by ARTmine’s talented art writers. Frequented by art professionals, collectors, and consultants, this premiere resource for art lovers is an excellent tool to generate a greater degree of exposure for your art.

Eligibility:

The competition is open for Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Latin American diaspora living worldwide. All Latin American artists above the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

All of the images that you will be submitting are images of original artwork created by yourself or are artworks created by an artist who authorized you to submit the images on his/her behalf. Images submitted by you do not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting our rights, it is our policy to terminate all relations with any artist who infringes copyright upon our receipt of a notice of infringement from the copyright owner or the copyright owner’s legal counsel.

We will have the right to publish images of your artwork selected by the jurors on our websites and other advertising channels to promote future competitions and your artwork.
