CEWE, in partnership with leading Nordic travel specialists, Discover the World, is celebrating the start of the festive season with a fun festive photo competition in which you and your family could be in with the chance of winning a trip to the value of £8350, for up to 4 to Lapland in 2024!

This Christmas we bring you the chance to win 3 nights in Inari in an Arctic Chalet, including airport transfers and full board. Some exciting activities include:

Simply share your fun, festive family photos with us via the tab above, “Enter Competition” and register to enter. Which one of your fun, festive Christmas photos would make the perfect personalised Christmas card? The competition is open to all who share a passion for photography and capturing those magical Christmas moments.

You can submit up to 100 of your festive photos – and remember the more you submit – the higher your chance of winning.

Traditional Christmas cards hold its own charm and warmth but why not create a unique and memorable experience for your family and friends by creating personalised, fun Christmas photos to be added to your cards, whilst being in with the chance of winning some great prizes.

Our CEWE team have created a step-by-step guide on how you can turn your fun Christmas photos into this year’s festive Christmas cards and send them to all your family and friends.

For some additional inspiration we have included a step-by-step on how the Hothi family captured their fun, festive family Christmas card photos while having quite a few laughs along the way.

Eligibility:

Eligibility & How to Enter 2. Participants in the Competition must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK. Participation is not limited to customers of CEWE and participants are not required to purchase any goods or services from CEWE in order to take part in the Competition. Participants with limited legal capacity may require permission from their legal representative to take part in the competition. Employees of CEWE or their dependants, members of their immediate families/households and other persons professionally involved in the Competition are excluded from participating. 3. In entering the Competition, each participant confirms that they are eligible to do so, are eligible to claim any prize they may win, and accept the terms and conditions of the Competition. CEWE may require participants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Competition. 4. CEWE further reserves the right to exclude individuals from participating, provided that there are (in CEWE’s reasonable opinion) justified reasons for the exclusion, such as (but not limited to): 4.1 non-compliance with these terms and conditions: 4.2 taking part in activities that are contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition such as criticising other users in the comments section; 4.3 the use of design tools or photo manipulations such as inserting graphic elements (e.g. frames, watermarks, signatures, ornamental borders) intended to improve the participant’s chance of winning or to obtain other benefits; 4.4 submitting photos that are not the participant’s own photos or generated by a computer; and 4.5 incorrect or misleading statements made when registering or submitting photos. 5. Participants may upload up to 100 photos which they themselves have taken. 6. Participation is only possible via the contest site at: https://www.cewe.co.uk/xmas-competition Submissions made by post or any other way or after the closing date for the Competition will not be considered or accepted. 7. The Competition begins on 01 October 2023 and the closing date for the Competition is 23.59pm BST on 16 November 2023. 8. Each participant must register on the contest site when they enter and can manage the photos they have uploaded as well as information about and descriptions of the photos through a personal user account, created upon submission of photos to the contest. For the purpose of uploading, the photos shall have a size of at least 1,920 x 1,080 pixels and a file size of no more than 22 megabytes (MB). JPEG is the only file format permitted. Furthermore, each uploaded photo must be available in an original-size version, which CEWE may request from the participant in certain cases for publication in exhibitions or print media as part of the marketing activities described in clauses 17 and 18 below. 9. CEWE reserves the right to delete photo entries that deviate significantly from the topic specifications. Participants will not be notified if their photos are deleted.
