This is Tri M Graphics 26th year of running the annual Photo Contest for the Tri M Graphics Calendar that is produced as a giveaway to Tri M’s customers each year.
The photographer retains all rights to their photo from this contest, Tri M just ask for permission to print the photo in their calendar and marketing material related to the calendar. - there are cash prizes for the winning entries, you also get a supply of the calendar’s for your own personal distribution.
FREE contest to enter with cash prizes awarded to the winning entries. There will be thirteen (13) photos that win - one for each month and the cover. Cash prizes will be awarded $75 for each month and $100 for the cover.
The theme of the photo can be anything. The photo may be black and white or color. Please submit high-resolution files. Physical photos must be sized to at least 8”x10” for optimal printing. The direction of the photo can be landscape or portrait (landscape is preferred, but will have no impact on the judging process)
Limit of two photos per person, please.
Photos may be reproduced for the Tri M Calendar as color, duo-tone, or black and white at Tri M Graphics discretion.
Open to US Residents ONLY - any entries from outside the US will be discarded.
The calendar that is produced is given away to Tri M Graphics customers and contacts - the calendar is NOT sold.
Prizes:
Cash prizes awarded to winning entries - $75 if your photo is selected for one of the months and $100 if you are selected for the cover. You will also receive a supply of calendars to distribute to family and friends.

Copyrights & Usage Rights:
Photographer retains the rights to their photograph for future use. Tri M Graphics asks that the person or entity entering the contest is the photographer and copyright owner of the work described as Photograph. That said the photographer consents and authorizes Tri M Graphics to reproduce the work, and that the photographer will indemnify, defend and hold Tri M Graphics harmless from any suit, claim or demand arising from the reproduction of the work in the calendar. Tri M Graphics may also use the photograph in other related marketing tools, Tri M Graphics will not sell the photo or the product directly made from the photo. Prizes will be awarded to the copyright owner. There is no charge for the calendar as they are given away to Tri M Graphics clients and contacts.
