We’re looking for remarkable photos capturing the perfect moment that matters to YOU. Enter your photo for a chance to win $1,000* and be featured in next year’s calendar!

Prizes:
The photographer whose photo receives the most votes in the finalist round will win the Grand Prize of $1,000*.
Eleven (11) additional photographs that receive the most votes in the finalist round will each win $100.
All winning photos will be featured in the 2020 “Moments That Matter” wall calendar, which will be freely available at any Security National Bank branch.

By checking the box below and submitting this form, I agree that I am over the age of 18. I have read the contest guidelines and rules located at the bottom of this page and affirm that this entry is in compliance with them. I understand that Security National Corporation (aka Security National Bank) assumes no responsibility for the photographs submitted. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining signed model releases for any photos submitted that contain recognizable individuals, especially children, and that I may be asked to provide copies of those releases if my photo is selected as a finalist. I agree that Security National Bank and its licensees may publish my photograph in the 2020 Siouxland “Moments That Matter” Calendar and exhibit, copy, publish, make derivative works from or otherwise use his or her entry photograph and other entry materials for any purpose, in any media, in perpetuity, without limitation or additional permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. These rights include exclusive first worldwide publication rights in and to all entries for the period up to publication of the 2020 Siouxland “Moments That Matter” Wall Calendar. I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Security National Bank from all claims, demand and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executor, administrator, or any other person acting on my behalf or behalf of my estate may have by reason of this authorization. Additionally, I certify that the photograph, in its entirety, is a piece of original material taken by myself, the contest entrant.
PHOTO RELEASE(S)
If your photo is chosen as a contest finalist, you must be able to obtain signed waivers from each person featured in the photo (or have legal authority to sign on behalf of the subject). Waivers will be provided by Security National Bank. Failure to supply waivers will result in the disqualification of your photo.
PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use the photo, his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment, except where prohibited by law.
