The 2024 Global Chinese New Year Photography Competition (GCPC) invites photographers and visual artists from all corners of the globe to celebrate the magic of Chinese New Year and Chinese Culture through the lens of their cameras. We welcome diverse and innovative submissions that capture the essence and beauty of this vibrant holiday and its cultural significance.

Eligibility:

Open to all photographers 18 years and older. We encourage all levels (new, emerging mid-level and career) of photographers to enter.

Copyrights & Usage Rights:

The organizer North America Photography Association (napa) recognizes
You, the author of the image, retain full ownership of the copyright in each Entry.
NAPA retains the right to use submitted or winning images within the copyright protection period. This includes unlimited non-exclusive rights for marketing, promotions, publishing, exhibitions, screenings, public archives, and media (online, print, and social). Copyright owners grant NAPA these rights unless otherwise specified. NAPA and WCAO (private archives) may also use low-resolution images for educational and research purposes. All promotional and educational activities conducted by NAPA are permitted to use the entered images at no cost.
