2nd Annual Colorful Abstractions International Juried Art Competition

Share with us your artistic vision of "colorful abstractions"

Fusion Art invites submissions for its 2nd Annual Colorful Abstractions online juried art exhibition

For this competition photographers worldwide are encouraged to share their artistic interpretation of the "Colorful Abstractions" theme by submitting their best nonobjective or nonrepresentational art/photography. Abstraction is defined as "freedom from representational qualities in art." Abstract art is art that "does not attempt to represent external reality, but seeks to achieve its effect using shapes, forms, colors, and textures." Black and white are colors that qualify for the Colorful Abstractions theme. All photographers, regardless of location or experience, are encouraged to submit.

Cash awards will be given to the top three (3) winners in each category.
The Best in Show winner in each category will be the "Featured Artists" on the website for the duration of the exhibition. They will also receive an invitation to participate in Fusion Art's 2nd annual group show in Palm Springs, CA in November 2017, which will feature the Best in Show winners from the previous 12 months of online exhibitions.

Open to photographers worldwide
