However, the competition participants agree to grant TZIPAC permission for perpetuity to use the artworks for promotional purposes, without further permissions or remunerations, in its publications, including electronic media or printed materials, including website, online galleries, online magazines, as well as other forms (potentially with third-party publications) for the expressed purpose of promoting the artworks, the artists and TZIPAC.
