As in previous editions, this is a free competition open to everyone. Similarly, as in the last edition, the competition consists of 4 different categories:
Life and Power: electricity brings light, warms us, moves us and entertains us. The photographs will reflect the influence of electricity in our life and society.
Infrastructure and electric equipment: the impact of power in our life would be impossible without the needed infrastructure and equipments generation, transmission and power distribution which permits us to use it in our advantage and which mold our landscapes.
Arteche Products: our products are present in more than 175 countries. The photographs will show them in factories, substations, projects, landscapes, integrated in other products, etc.
Electric framework: our energy is people. The photographs will represent the connection between professionals in the electrical sector and the tasks they perform.

Entry to the competition is free and anyone who wishes may participate (photographs by under-18s should be sent accompanied by the permission of their guardian).
Copyrights & Usage Rights:
Participation in the competition implies the author’s ownership of the work of art, the authorisation of the models if there are any, and the author’s license for the uses signalled in the license section.
As such, the organisation is released from any kind of plagiarism, and if the conditions are not followed by a prize winner after the prizes have been awarded, the prize-winner shall be obliged to hand back the prize to the organisation.
All the competitors grant ARTECHE Group the license to disseminate and use their photos in the company’s corporate and commercial dissemination
platforms.
To this end, these photographs may be retouched and/ or edited by the ARTECHE Group without altering the original image.
Awarded photographs will be sole property of ARTECHE Group and the author commits to not using said photograph in any other competition or means of dissemination which are not his or her own web pages or social networks.
The contestant must guarantee the authorship of the submitted work and will be held entirely responsible of any pursued claims of image rights, keeping ARTECHE Group harmless of any all liabilities arising from a third party’s
suit or action for failing to comply with that guarantee.
