Athens Photo Festival is the leading international festival of photography and related media in Southeastern Europe. The Festival attempts to bring together emerging and established artists and photographers from all over the world with the aim to reflect the diversity of contemporary photography, and to create opportunities for exchange of ideas, artistic expression and international engagement. Exploring critical issues of our time, the Festival functions as a dynamic platform where the impact of the ever-changing visual culture can be raised and discussed.
Prizes:
The main exhibition programme will be comprised of a curated selection of over 100 entries, selected through the current international open call for submissions. This call is open to all exhibitions of photography and lens-based works, ranging from fine art to documentary and photojournalism, photo-based installations and multimedia. To be eligible for inclusion in Festival programming, proposals must be submitted before 4 April, 2018.

The Festival is accepting submissions from emerging and established artists and photographers from all over the world, for its Exhibition Program.
