Have you taken an incredible photo of the beautiful game?
Magnificent thunderstrikes, pivotal slide tackles, the atmosphere created by the roar of fifty thousand fans; pure elation or shock and disbelief. Moments in football can pass quicker than the blink of an eye. But football photography can trap these happenings; and these magic moments from the beautiful game live on forever.
That’s why Barclays are on the hunt to find the ‘shot of the century’ as they celebrate 20 years of commitment to football. Together with the FPA, they are running a photography competition, with the winning shot receiving £7,500. So if you’re a professional photographer, you can submit up to 3 photographs you’ve taken at either Premier League or Barclays Women’s Super League games since 01/01/2001.
Winning shot - £7,500
Third place - £2,500
Two Highly Commended shots receiving £1,000 each
