We are excited to be able to open the deadline for the presentation of the ninth printed edition that will be published and distributed to the most prestigious galleries, agencies and festivals in the world during September.
As in the past calls you can register in the modality of Magazine and the modality of cover or if you prefer in both. Through a unique registration form fill in your registration data and upload your best portfolios or projects and images that you think may be an excellent cover for this edition. Without successive screens, all your registration made in a single screen, so you have a clear, transparent and as simple as a possible record.
The directors of the best galleries, agencies and festivals are already waiting to discover the photographers of this edition.
The print edition of Dodho Magazine was born out of the need to establish a bridge between photographers and industry professionals. Today, this bridge has become a real highway capable of distributing talent in record time around the world, allowing to establish effective contacts between photographers, galleries, agencies and photography festivals.
Our printed edition is an exclusively professional magazine.
After the first edition of our magazine in September 2015, the pages of Dodho magazine have become an indisputable tool for the promotion of the most talented photographers of the moment and a reference for the selection and discovery of tremendous photographers with incredible projects. Fantastic stories from around the world.
All of them have been exposed to the eyes of the most excellent experts in the photographic industry, displaying an unlimited range of opportunities for them. In its pages, we have had the honour of publishing photographers of the likes of Julia Fullerton Batten, Maria Svarbova, Stefanie Minzenmay or Laurent Baheux among others. We can proudly say that more than fifty photographers have made possible the success of the print edition of Dodho Magazine and we will be eternally grateful to each of them for contributing their talent to reinforce the idea and philosophy of work behind it.

At the time you sign up for this call, your work will be reviewed by the Dodho Magazine team, and you will have the opportunity to have your work published in our Online Magazine and on our social networks. At the end of the deadline, the jury will select the 6 photographers that will be published in the print edition. In this way, even if you have not been chosen by our panel, you will have the opportunity to have your work reach an incredible audience.
Prizes:
The print edition of Dodho Magazine is the only publication with exclusive professional character and genuine spirit of promotion. Our edition is distributed in printed and digital format free of charge and exclusively to most professionals and experts in the photography industry from all over the world, starting with the most important galleries, festivals, agencies and publishers. The deadline for submission will be from July 1 to August 31, 2019. The issue # 09 is scheduled to be published next September 15, after the deadline for submission, works and finalist images will be evaluated again, the jury’s decision will be communicated during the first week of June to all selected photographers.
All photographers must send images or portfolios in high-resolution format, in addition to the authorization and consent duly signed for your work´s publication. All shipments must be provided as soon as possible.

Copyrights & Usage Rights:
The images and projects copyright will be exclusively and at all times of the photographer and author of the project. The images will use strictly in relation to the Dodho prizes and will not be used for other purposes than the direct promotion of their authors. The images may not be used in any case by any third party without the express consent of the author and by written request, which will be sent to the author by email. Dodho is granted the right to publish the best works received in its online version and subsequent promotion in its social networks, always safeguarding authorship and copyright.
All participants to Call For Entries 08, by virtue of their presentation, believing the images and projects presented are their own work and there has been no infringement of copyright. Dodho is not responsible for any infringement of rights may arise during the selection process and subsequent display of any image. The entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photograph, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the photograph. The projects will be judged by a professional and relevant jury in the photography field, with no flare and none of the author data. The jury’s decision will not be appealable and will be definitive.
