Jurors | Hamidah Glasgow And Charles Guice
Hamidah Glasgow has been the Executive Director and Curator at the Center for Fine Art Photography in Fort Collins, Colorado, since 2009. She holds a master’s degree in humanities specializing in visual and gender studies, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. Hamidah is a co-founder of the Strange Fire Collective. She is one of the founding board members of the Colorado Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts.
Charles Guice is an art advisor, curator, mentor, and writer. An accomplished arts professional with extensive experience, conversant in the diverse role of photography, he has been instrumental in advancing the careers of numerous leading contemporary artists, such as Erika Diettes, Priya Kambli, Kambui Olujimi, Hank Willis Thomas, and Carrie Mae Weems. As a gallerist, Guice placed works in prominent private and public collections throughout the United States and abroad, including the Brooklyn Museum, the J. Paul Getty Museum, the High Museum of Art, The International Center of Photography, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. The first black member of The Association of International Photography Art Dealers (AIPAD), joining and exhibiting over a decade ago, he is the co-founder of Converging Perspectives, an online initiative promoting timely, critical, and in-depth discussion of contemporary photography from an international perspective.


All selected artists’ work is included in the online exhibition. The Center also provides event press releases and social media promotions with an audience of 180,000+ followers internationally.

VIRTUAL REVIEWS – Ten selected exhibitors will have virtual 20 min. reviews with the jurors.


Our calls for entry are open to all photographers, world-wide. The Center invites photographers working in all photographic mediums, digital, film, mixed and unique processes to participate.

Copyrights & Usage Rights:

ll submitting artists retain the copyright to their images. Only artists whose submissions are chosen for the exhibition grant The Center for Fine Art Photography the right to use their images for the purpose of promoting the artist, Center programs, exhibitions and subsequent display on the Center’s website of current and past exhibitions.  Artist’s recognition is provided with any use. Images may be placed on social media by the Center for Fine Art Photography with artist credit.
