International Contest of Photography “In My Homeland” 2024

Explore the rural life and share your conceptual vision of the world

We would kindly like to invite young photograhers from 10 to 18 years old to take part in the 2nd edition of the Internationl Contest of Photograpgy "In My Homeland" organised by Green Cross Belarus.

The themes of the Contest are Rural Scenes and Circle... Touch... Red...

RURAL SCENES
The rapid urbanisation of our society results in a steady decline of rural population. The ties between humans and the earth are growing loose since more and more people prefer the city to the countryside.

We suggest to focus cameras on various episodes/aspects of contemporary rural life (scenes, portraits, venues). Everything photographers are willing to share with people from other areas and countries is welcome. The final exhibition will display images portraying both idyllic and mundane scenes of contemporary life in real settlements and villages.

The photo works will be considered by jury in three groups:

authors from 10 to 18 years old from rural areas;
authors from 10 to 18 years old from an urban areas;
teachers of rural schools.

CIRCLE... TOUCH... RED…
Feel free to either choose one topic you like best or any two that you deem compatible, or even combine all the three in one image.

The photo works will be considered in the following categories:
