Now in its 15th year, Landscape Photographer of the Year celebrates the wonder of the British landscape and showcases the work of many talented photographers.
With a prize fund worth over £20,000, a full-colour book of best entries and a touring exhibition, Landscape Photographer of the Year inspires us all to experience the wonderful diversity of the UK.
There are four Categories:
- Classic View
- Urban Life
- Black and White
- Your View
And four Special Awards supported by our partners:
- Landscapes at Night
- Lines in the Landscape
- Historic Britain
If you’re 18 or under on the 5 May 2022, you can enter the Youth Competition for free.
Total prize fund worth over £20,000.
Overall winner is awarded £10,000.
Overall youth winner is awarded £1,000.
Category winners are each awarded £1,000.
Prizes for Special Awards (e.g 1-to-1 with landscape photographer and Awards Founder Charlie Waite).
All Runners Up, Highly Commended and Commended images will be included in a beautiful coffee-table book. They will also have a presence at the exhibition which tours the UK's busiest train stations from November 2022 - April 2023.

By entering your image you agree to its usage:
a) included in Competition books – print & digital versions;
b) displayed at any exhibitions;
c) on a secure web browser for judging purposes;
