The Glasgow Gallery of Photography is running an exhibition in July called Nature.
Nature surrounds us everywhere, both in the wilderness and within urban spaces. For this exhibition, we invite photographers to explore how we interact with Nature and how it interacts with us, whether it holds a commanding presence or struggles to be seen.
We’re seeking images that reveal Nature’s many facets: its beauty, power, cruelty, and influence on daily life. From everyday outdoor moments to the impact of natural forces on where you live, photography can capture countless expressions of the natural world.
Whether you focus on Nature’s relationship with humans and cities or the wildlife just outside your door, we want to see your interpretation.
Nature is an open call for photographers to submit up to 8 images.
Prizes:
Photographers who are selected will have their work displayed in a month long exhibition in our gallery, with their work also appearing online in an online gallery on our website.
