NATURE AND HUMANS PHOTO is a nature photography competition with 11 categories. The three most important categories are "Nature and Humans - thematic series", "Nature and Humans - single image", and "Nature and Humans - Spain". These three categories are looking for images that investigate the relationship between the natural environment and us humans. Images can be challenging, uplifting, provocative or revealing, and should illustrate how our attitudes, decisions and actions impact the natural environment, positively or negatively. The winners of these three categories will take home 7,500 € in cash awards. Additionally, there are also several additional traditional categories: mammals, birds, underwater, plants, landscapes, etc.
The main awards are: 2,000 € in cash for the winner of "Nature and Humans - thematic series" (a series of six images investigating the relationship between the natural environment and us humans), another 2,000 € in cash for the winner of "Nature and Humans - single image" and another 1,000 € in cash for the winner of "Nature and Humans - Spain". Additionally, each of the three runners-up of these three categories will be awarded 500 € in cash. There are more prizes, for the remaining categories, totaling some 4,000 €.
Prizes:
There are more than 10,000 € in prizes, including 7,500 € in cash prizes. The main prizes are:
1) 2,000 € in cash for the winner of "Nature and Humans - thematic series" (a series of six images investigating the relationship between the natural environment and us humans)
2) 2,000 € in cash for the winner of "Nature and Humans - single image" (one single image investigating the relationship between the natural environment and us humans)
3) 1,000 € in cash for the winner of "Nature and Humans - Spain".
Each of the three runners-up of these three categories will be awarded 500 € in cash.
Additionally, there are some 4,000 € more prizes for the remaining categories.

Copyrights & Usage Rights:
The entrants must be the sole copyright holders of the submitted photographs and are fully responsible for ensuring that no third party rights exist in the works submitted. Therefore, the entrants shall be liable to the Competition and to the Organizer for all financial burdens that may arise in favour of third parties as a result of actions, claims or disputes arising from the entrants’ failure to comply with these obligations. The entrants retain all rights to the images submitted and assign only the non-exclusive right of publication of the winning images to the Foundation, as well as to the sponsors and special collaborators of the Competition, only for the future promotion of the Competition.
The Foundation, as well as the sponsors and special collaborators of the Competition may use awarded photographs for the future promotion of the Competition by any means, including social networks. Both the Foundation and the sponsors and special collaborators of the Competition may make and store copies of the awarded photographs (Winner, Runner-Up and Finalists) for reproduction, in digital or printed format, in exhibitions, projections or publications, including their inclusion, temporarily or permanently, on the Competition’s website or on their webpages and social networks. Any image published by the Foundation, sponsors or special collaborators of the Competition, must indicate the name of its author in a clearly legible form.
