Picon is a free iOS mobile App. It's free for everyone to join the weekly photo contest
- Contest participants can upload a picture only for 24 hours from UTC(Coordinated Universal Time) Sunday 12AM to Monday 12AM.
- People around the world vote for pictures they like for the next six days from UTC Monday 12AM to Sunday 12AM.
- Voters can vote once a day per picture.
- The photos with the most votes by other people win prizes.
- The more people participate, the bigger the prize!
