By taking part in the photo competition, you confirm that you are the originator and the copyright holder of the submitted photographs and that the individuals shown in the photos have given consent for a public presentation. The photographer always retains the copyright of his/her image.
Images will be used strictly in connection to the award and will not be used for any other marketing purposes other than to promote the Picture Award. Images will not be resold or used by any other third party. If there is a request for such, we will forward that request to the photographer via e-mail.
