Eligibility:
People over 18 years old, living in Europe
Copyrights & Usage Rights:
The mere fact of their participation, participants expressly authorize and grant the Promoter and its partners to use the photos selected for the promotion of competition on all broadcast media known or unknown to this day, in any public demonstration in Europe from the date of the announcement of the winners. The winner authorizes already the Organizer to make any changes to the photograph it deems useful for the promotion of the Contest.
The Organizer undertakes to always mention copyrights specified when sending the photo. For any other use, the Organizer must request the prior consent of the author of the creation. This operating authorization is granted, for the whole world, from the dispatch, for a period of ten years.
