The Glasgow Gallery of Photography is running a month long exhibition in January called Red. This is the second in our ongoing series of exhibitions with the theme of primary colours.

We are asking photographers to explore the colour Red in their photography. Red is a very symbolic colour whether seen as the colour of passion or of danger it can be used to represent a range of emotions and we want to see a variety of images that explores the colour Red. This theme is pretty open and all genres of photography are welcome, all that is required is the colour Red.

Red is an open call for photographers to submit up to 8 images that meet the theme of the colour Red.
