Prizes:
All prize money is generated from entry fees we receive from participants and 50% of all income is used as prize money in each competition up to £8,000, with winners receiving 35% of the prize pot, and a runner-up receiving 15%.

Copyrights & Usage Rights:
By submitting images to our competitions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
You affirm that you are the original creator and copyright holder of the submitted image(s).
You confirm that the images you submit do not infringe upon any third party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or contractual rights.
You assume responsibility for any claims made by third-party organizations regarding legal breaches related to your entries. You grant SnapTheme and associated persons full indemnity in relation to any royalties, compensation, and legal fees that may arise as a result of such breaches.
By entering images into our competitions, you acknowledge and agree that any winning or highly commended entries may be used for promotional purposes of future SnapTheme competitions, without compensation.
SnapTheme does not assert any claims to the copyright of submissions to our competitions.
You grant SnapTheme a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, display, publish, edit, or sublicense all competition entries for any purposes connected to our competitions. When your images are used, proper credit will be given to you as the photographer.
Proof of entry submission to a competition is not considered proof of receipt.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email security settings accept emails from any email addresses associated with SnapTheme.
Entries that do not receive a competition award will not be stored by us.
Except as stated elsewhere, SnapTheme will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by you in relation to our competitions, the use of your entry, or the use of any prize money awarded. This exclusion encompasses any liability for the misuse of entries by third parties.
SnapTheme reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach any of the aforementioned rules at any time and to report any potential legal breaches to the appropriate authorities.
