The Glasgow Gallery of Photography's mission is to advance the arts, heritage and cultural sector through exhibitions of photographic works as a means for artistic, community and personal expression.

The Glasgow Gallery of Photography is running a month long exhibition in August called Surreal. Unreal, fantastical or even dream-like, the surreal image can give photographers even greater creative freedom and engage the audience in a new way. For this exhibition we want to see your images that really explore the Surreal in photography and photo manipulation really is welcome for this exhibition. Whether you are inspired by the works of Man Ray, Lee Miller and Augus McBean or more modern photographers using digital manipulation, we want to see your take on the theme of Surreal.

Surreal is an open call for photographers to submit up to 8 images for an exhibition with the theme of Surreal.
