The AIBP Visionary Awards are an inspirational and educational photography competition open to all professionals, novices, and hobbyists who photograph boudoir. AIBP believes that pushing ourselves through competition helps us excel in the art of photography and in our ability to offer the highest standard of empowering boudoir experiences to our clients. All entrants have the opportunity to work toward the AIBP Artistry Excellence degree as a member of AIBP as well as take home a prize pool worth over $5000.
To level the playing field we have built the competition to separate client (commissioned) vs model/styled (non-commissioned) work which eliminates a subconscious bias in judging. Also we have assembled an incredible judging panel consisting of industry experts that includes Lindsay Adler, Gary Hill, Jacqueline Tobin, Andrew Hiorth, Cate Scaglione, Rhea Berkley Lewis, Hiram Trillo, and Shawn Black that are highly qualified to adjudicate this genre. And lastly we have included enough subcategories so that images are competing against like images. All of the above were issues many photographers in the boudoir genre have experienced in other competitions.

Competition Overview
– Judges will award each image entered credits based on the Judging Criteria to earn accolades in the AIBP Visionary Awards.
– Each entry will receive either a PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE, or non-merit designation by the judging panel.
– To be eligible to win the Best in Category or Best in Show, a minimum of 4 images must be entered into the competition.
– Entrants may also select to receive a personalized critique on each image entered from a member of the judging panel.
