By submitting your photos to the Birth and Beyond Photography Contest, you agree that you have the full consent of every adult in your photo, including any children and their legal guardian or representative’s consent.
You understand that by submitting your photos they may be used to promote the Birth and Beyond Photography Award which includes (but is not exclusive to), Instagram posts, Facebook posts, future press releases, features by other websites and general use online to promote the BB-Awards. We will not sell your photos and every effort to give full credit to the photographer will be made.
The images submitted as part of the contest may not be regarded as obscene, offensive, defamatory, ethically offensive, violent, pornographic, harassing, inappropriate for minors, racist, racist, xenophobic, right-wing and / or otherwise objectionable. Photos taken as inappropriate are disqualified.
The organizer reserves the right to delete uploaded pictures before or after publication, without giving reasons.
