The Independent Photographer’s Street Photography competition

Website The Independent Photographer (www.independent-photo.com) is hosting a month-long competition with the aim of attracting the best emerging talents in street-photography. Entries will be judged by renowned photojournalist Reza (National Geographic, Time, Newsweek and more.)

The competition is open to photographers from all ages and backgrounds. The winning photographs are set to gain up to $1500 in prizes, as well as the opportunity for their work to be shared with a global audience, as well as featuring in a group exhibition in Berlin and a photo book.

Prizes:

Win up to $1500 in cash prizes as well as global exposure, placement in a photobook and group exhibition in Berlin.

Eligibility:

The Competition is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Competition is open to legal residents from all over the world, and is void where prohibited by their local law. Employees of The Independent Photographer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Copyrights & Usage Rights:

Each Participant retains copyright of his or her images, and credit lines will be attributed to each Participant when exhibited or presented anywhere by The Independent Photographer.

You hereby grant that when you give THE INDEPENDENT PHOTOGRAPHER content, you are giving us a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise any and all copyright, trademark, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media existing now or in the future, for three years following the date of submission.
