A unique photography competition celebrating captivating photos of food taken around the globe, the World Food Photography Awards is now open for entries into its 2025 competition. Open to professional and non-professional photographers, both young and old, it’s an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your talent behind the lens.

With over 25 categories to enter, there is something for contestants of all levels to develop ideas and discover new perspectives. This year’s competition introduces an exciting new category, World of Drinks, dedicated to drink-related photography.

Join us in celebrating the very best in food photography and the powerful stories they tell. Who knows, you could just win the top prize of £5,000, gain global recognition for your work, and unlock exciting new opportunities.

Prizes:

Overall Winner: £5,000 GBP prize and work displayed in a public exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London, in May 2025, with global exposure through a website profile and press release.

Category Winners: Trophy, work displayed in exhibition at the Mall Galleries, and additional prizes, including £1,000 GBP for Errazuriz Wine Photographer of the Year and a £1,000 GBP equipment voucher for MPB Award for Innovation. The Student category winner will receive RPS Membership and a 60-minute Zoom session with mentor Zoe Whishaw.

Finalists: All category finalists are invited to the VIP Awards Evening at the Mall Galleries (travel and accommodation not included).
